Lake Louise Ski Resorts’ new high-speed quad chairlift officially opens today. The new chair will get snow sports enthusiasts out of the base area fast and will provide access to 5 new and improved Juniper area blue runs as well as the preexisting Easy Street green run.

With the addition of this new lift, skiers will be able to access their choice of three different terrain parks in 6 minutes or less and this chair will provide an excellent next step for beginners graduating from the learning area carpets. Check out the video of the new high-speed quad chair below.

Today runs number 4 Juniper Jungle and run number 175 Bearberry are open and another 2 are planned to open later this month. Run number 176 Bunchberry will be the last run to open later this season. You can check out the new trail map here.
